Our Story
Hatfields is a London-based design house specialising in the design and manufacture of precision-grade prosumer appliances.
Our first major innovation was the development of the first cartridge-free nitro system for the home. In building it, we formed a clear point of view: modern kitchen appliances are too often built from plastic, designed for short lifespans, and prioritised for cost over performance and durability.
Today, Hatfields designs and manufactures high-quality, die-cast appliances built for durability, control, and long-term use. Our work spans brewing, carbonation, and pressure-based systems, unified by the same principles: mechanical honesty, modular design, and materials chosen to last.

Our Approach
Most modern appliances are designed to pass a first impression, not to withstand years of use. Thin plastic shells are often disguised with brushed coatings or chrome-effect skins, giving the appearance of quality without the substance behind it.
At Hatfields, design begins with the structure itself. We use die-cast metal housings as the foundation of our machines, prioritising rigidity and mechanical integrity from the inside out. Components are designed to fit precisely, assemble cleanly, and be serviced over time — not sealed away or glued shut.

The Hatfields Journey
2020
Hatfields Original NitroPress
We launched the first-generation NitroPress under the Hatfields name - an innovative device for crafting nitro cold brew at home. The brand quickly earned a cult following on Amazon, where our store still proudly operates under the Hatfields name.
2020–2022
A Growing Community
Word of mouth and creator-led content helped NitroPress grow a loyal fanbase — from baristas to home brewers. The phrase “Hatfields NitroPress” became synonymous with quality nitro drinks.
2023
NitroPress DS Launches on Kickstarter
We introduced the NitroPress DS — a reengineered, cartridge-free model - via Kickstarter, raising significant traction and proving demand for a more sustainable, high-performance solution.
2024
NitroPress Pro Launches
The Pro model brought pressure sensors and precision control to the table, pushing NitroPress into the professional market.
2026
CarboPress Launches. Hatfields Re-emerges
To support a broader mission — disrupting the full beverage appliance space - we designed CarboPress. The brand now returns to its roots as “Hatfields,” unifying NitroPress and CarboPress under one umbrella.
